Brought my Fit back for service and NC inspection ...

Brought my Fit back for service and NC inspection 6 months after the service reviewed in paragraph below. Everything still as good as I stated in paragraph below. In addition I appreciated that Joe, the person I dealt with, was careful to look at the records they keep on my car, to make sure that they didn't unnecessarily duplicate any servicing. Drove away with a shiny car that was running smoothly and with a new NC inspection sticker. Also the waiting area is pleasant; no hardship to wait. All the employees I dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable about their jobs.

Excellent service. They keep records for my Fit, and recommend service but are careful not to add something if I say I don't want it. The hours are extremely convenient and now you can make an appointment--so no waiting. The service people are thorough and very polite and the techs do great work. They even have a person who can take care of small dings for a very reasonable price. I feel confident my car is well taken care of, safe, and reliable when it is serviced at Crown Honda.
