I arrived at the Inn at Virginia Tech last weekend...

I arrived at the Inn at Virginia Tech last weekend and had mistakenly booked the wrong date through Expedia. Allison the hotel clerk promptly was able to get me a room. Later the next day Allison called me to say she contacted Expedia and assisted me with cancelling the reservation I had made in error and returned my non refundable payment.

I truly appreciate the effort Allison made representing the Inn beyond my expectations. My stay was comfortable and I found the entire staff also very friendly. I absolutely would highly recommend The Inn at VT and plan to return the next time I visit my son at VT.
