The hotel is good and the food was great. All fresh made and served good.
The pool areas are kept really clean and we never struggled for sun beds .nice beach good for snorkling area(big variety of tropical fish) and plenty of children's pool choices for families with small children and lots of umbrellas for shade.
Also have a good spa with perfect massage and many others.
The beach was really nice and accessible even with pushchairs lots of sun-beds and umbrellas here too.
Plenty of grass and lovely flowers and dactill palms.
The hotel staff are amazing especially in the restaurant - they made our holiday fantastic and looked after my 4 year old every meal time.
Please thank whole menagment. Specialy thanx to Director, and Ali from guest relations department. Animation team=excellent fun and entertainment!!! Guys are full of energy and ideas.
Water in red sea is worm and sand is very clean.
Rooms are very clean and modern and have a fridge which again is good especially with young children. There is a good selection of shops in the hotel so you don't have to leave the resort although. I would definitely visit the hotel again and would recommend it to families - especially families with babies and younger children.
Any issues are resolved immediately and guest services cannot do more for you then they doing. Specialy many thanx to managers of restaurants and pool area. The amount of issues that the resolve is hudge.
Every one is so hard working, with smile always on.
