Recently purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealership. Got home and realized even though they checked the box on having done an oil change, that this was not the case - had an expense two days after buying the truck which was annoying, but we shouldn't have trusted their paperwork to be true so that's on us. Still dishonest on their part.

Fast forward several weeks later and they're still sending us forgotten paperwork to sign and never transferred the tag and registered my vehicle by the due date even though they charge exorbitant fees for this service. At a minimum I expect to get the service for which I am paying. I am now at risk of getting a ticket until they sort everything out - and I haven't even been able to get through to someone who can help me yet. This dealership has been nothing but a headache and unreturned calls. I would avoid this dealership in the future.

UPDATE: I have received a call from staff who are working on the registration today. Seemed helpful, but will see if it comes through in the one day the time frame as promised.
