My entire experience dealing with Silverstone was a genuine nightmare. When they first sent us the paperwork, they incorrectly typed my email in, so I wasn t able to sign the paperwork. When I finally (after a long time) was able to get the paperwork correctly sent to my email, they failed to change my email in the system. After telling them that they had the wrong email, they still failed to change it in the system. Thus, I was not able to receive any of their emails.

While I was trying to pay my rent on their website, it truly took forever. It took both my roommate and I two hours on two different devices to load the website, just so we could pay our rent. Now this was not a problem of our connectivity, but a failure on the website to simply direct us to the payment page.

We moved out a month and a half ago and still have not received the deposit back. My roommate and I have emailed and called the company but our emails and calls have not been getting returned. Finally, one woman, Tiffany, emailed me to tell me that she had emailed me a month and a half ago with directions on how to receive my deposit back. However, because they never changed my incorrect email in the system, I never got the email. When I contacted Tiffany to send it to the correct email, she was unresponsive. I have still yet to hear back from Silverstone for this and am extremely frustrated with their lack of communication.

Dealing with Silverstone has truly been a nightmare and I would recommend not using them.
