We could not have asked for a better solar installation experience. We'd heard nightmares from our friends that used other companies: months and months to activate their panels, mis-filed or delayed paperwork, etc. TFS is a local company that is intimately familiar with the whole process, end-to-end. We were assigned one point of contact to shepherd our installation through the twisty requirements for TEP paperwork, inspections, installation, and activation. We live in an old house and TFS was very responsive to the particulars of our installation. There isn't a company around that couldn't learn something from the way TFS does business and treats customers.
