I recently purchased a BMW 530i sedan from your dealership and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the courtesy I have received from members of your staff. Beginning with the sales manager, George, who was very professional and thorough explaining all details of the purchase. I can't say enough about the courtesy and assistance I have received from Kamal Benhoummad. This is my first BMW and I'm going through a learning curve which Kamal has graciously helped me with on a number of occasions. He is truly one of the finest gentleman I've had the pleasure to do business with. I recently had a service and received exemplary treatment from Mark Kwon and a service technician, Paul, who were both very patient and helpful explaining various details about the car. My son, John T. Tramack, is one of your regular customers and suggested I do business with your organization. He couldn't have made a better suggestion! It's quite common for organizations to get complaints from customers, so I wanted to ensure you received some well deserved praise concerning your staff members.
