I called this morning inquiring on lease pricing for an 2019 A5 Sportback Premium Plus or Prestige. The salesperson asked me if I had received pricing from another dealership already. He stated that I had to send him the pricing from the Audi dealer and then he would quote me a lease price. I again asked for him to give me pricing on the vehicle. The salesperson refused and stated that it is the store s policy not to give out pricing for competition purposes. I promptly ended the phone call.

Within 5 minutes, the general sales manager then called me back. He stated again that it is the store policy not to talk pricing over the phone - at all. When I tried to reply, he kept talking over me and giving me excuses and telling me that he ll beat any price. I frankly told him that the nature of business in the US is competition and that other stores in the DFW area had no issues talking to me on pricing. He then told me Fine - go and overpay somewhere else.

Bottom line: Audi Fort Worth will not be getting my business or that of any of my friends. They really aren t giving Audi a great reputation in my opinion. Customer service is not a priority for this store apparently.
