OUTSTANDINGLY horrible , on 11 January 2017 at 15:45 I was speaking with a lady on the phon about making an appointment . In the middle of the conversation she said hey it's time for me to go home and hanged up the phone, wow. If I was dying she wouldn't care two shakes because it's time to go home. Then we wonder why there are crazy vets running around shooting people. The VA is a sorry wast of tax dollars.
