I visited the dealership to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, and the experience was definitely not one I would recommend this dealership by. To start, the vehicle had been sitting awhile, and the salesman did not want to be straightforward regarding that. Second, after pointing out the vehicle's poor ride quality, I suggested we should fill the tires to proper pressure before continuing; the salesman suggested I continue, which resulted in an incredibly rough ride. Furthermore, it is a pain in the rear to get this dealership to take young people seriously; I've stopped by here previously with a check in hand, and have yet to buy anything from this dealership. The customer service is lacking, and apparently vehicle care is not a priority for Jack Schmitt. The only thing positive I have to say is their vehicle selection is rather large, so if you manage to get good service, you will have plenty of options.
