Overall the shangri-la was brilliant, excellent service and standards as always.

Reason for not rating 5 stars

1. Major problem with my booking on arrival. An agreed rate and room wound a Agoda is not what was in the Shangri La system. What bothered me is it took over an hour to sort out, when I have a 10 month old baby, and a baby on the way (my Wife was tired and stressed)

2. On Check-Out: the wait time was almost half an hour. Even Pilots from a Qatar flight were getting frustrated

Other than these topics, experienice was perfect
