This is a Horror Hotel, never ever again :( first ...

This is a Horror Hotel, never ever again :( first we arrived at 15:00 2 adults 2 kids ... our rooms were not ready ... Kids Hotel far to far from it because if you want to have the kids club and the activities you have to paid extra ... finally to the room ... the hotel looks old and they don t care about small details... in out room the lights didn t work ... another hours so the changed, let plug our phones .... also very old and not working... lets go to pool :( inside the pool there are parts where it was broken and of course my kid had a big cut on the foot ( he couldn t walk for two days) and my husband aso hurt his back and arm, lets go to restauran .... food was cold we order and the forgot .. we have to wait 30 min for a water and the kids food always came when me and my husband were having already a dessert :( lets go to sleep :( again the bed was so old and hard that it was not funny ...breakfast insane for a table we have to wait 35 min ... for a omelette another 20 min they don t have the capacity for a lot of people and the service was really bad ... they never clean our table .... as I said in general really a horror hotel
