I have never rated Lexus in my life, I was just interested in having a look at what Lexus and this dealership had to offer, not particularly interested in buying at this point. I was blown away by the understanding and customer service of Neil Chandra; He wasn't pushy but cared about what I wanted and what I was looking for. Thanks Neil, I would recommend this dealership and might even get a Lexus thanks to him :)
