I contact them, they tell me that they have no record of this order, apart from me I do have a withdrawal from my account. On the one hand I have to buy 2 places on the boncoin at 100 and I am still waiting for the refund. I had it several times on the phone, each time I am told that my file is in progress, it's a joke. They asked me several times to send the proof of withdrawal, which I did. So ESPECIALLY avoid ordering concert or other tickets if you don't want to end up paying 200 for a concert.
