All the support staff thus far has been great, however, Alysa or Alicia, was extremely disappointing. This is a healthcare not a prison. Her level of professionalism is very much concerning. Treat people with respect! One day, your loved ones may be on the other side of the fence receiving care and god forbid you encounter someone with your careless and inpatient manner.
