I had a great experience at Baxter Ford. This was my first car purchase on my own. John Carnes made it easy and was incredibly helpful. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and he pointed out differences in the models to help me narrow down my search. He was also very accommodating when I had questions and concerns. I had purchased an additional protection package. The process was incredibly smooth and easy. When I went to pick up my car following the completion of the protective detailing, John Carnes spent some time and walked me through some of the technological features in my vehicle that I had questions on. John Carnes went above and beyond to make my first car buying experience as easy and stress free as possible.
