My GL350 has been serviced at Autobahn since new, ...

My GL350 has been serviced at Autobahn since new, however, my last Service B maintenance wasn't a good experience. There are white AdBlue residue at the back of the trunk and filling area. Oil level is barely touched the tip of the oil stick. Service adviser spent more time trying to sell me a new tire due to a nail than explain what services and inspections were done during that 2 hours of maintenance work. Not to mention how much I paid for this service.
