Service is really nice, however as an Asian I felt out of place and a bit judged as I walked around the resort. The open design allows for a lot of bugs in the hallways and the overall layout of the place is confusing. It was really hard just to find the pool. However they give a lot of nice free amenities, like bottles of water. Also I went with my boyfriend's family so I didn't like how you could see the shadow of the person showering from the bedroom... it's really awkward... even worse you can see the person who is showering if you forget to turn on the frosted thing for the glass...
