The Phone never works. Everyone says they just drive to Richmond. The receptionist is nice, when I drove their in person.The staff seem non personal, distant, cold and judge mental. I have toured prisons that seemed more open and personnel. Had a hard time transferring my license from a compact state. Had to go back to get information on status of transfer. My son in law moved from a non compact state and had no problems.
