My boyfriend and I bought a house in January in Peterborough and we used Brad Vokins as our mortgage broker even though he is from Port Perry. He was incredibly helpful to us as first time home buyers, as we had no idea where to start or what to do and he did the work for us and explained it all so we would understand. He even came to our place in Peterborough to meet with us, and go over paperwork before we signed anything.
