Inexperienced Parking lot hawk car salesman that had no knowledge of the new trucks on the lot (Despite supposedly working there for over a year) and directly lied and had no knowledge when asking a simple question about available engines and configurations available, which directly contradicted what Chevy posts publicly to their website.

Then when actually stepping into the dealership to try to get some help or more accurate information from a different associate, we stood around in the main atrium waiting to talk to literally anybody and had about 4 different employees walk past us without any acknowledgement. Apparently customer service is not a big goal of theirs.

Couldn't even imagine the type of service I would receive AFTER I bought a truck from them.
