We originally booked the full day Lower New trip but the levels were too high so they upgraded us to the Lower Gauley (at no expense to us - yay!). It was me and three of my boys - 17 & 14 yo twins. I was very nervous because we were first timers but the staff is amazing and our guide, Tug, was the best! He gave clear directions, had stories & history to tell at different spots along the way, asked questions & got to know us and is probably one of the funniest people I've ever met! We will definitely be going back!!
