I have been living in one the buildings that Dirigo manages in Portland for the past 5 years and have found them to be excellent! The building is newly renovated and very well maintained. On the few occasions I have had a maintenance issue, they have come the same day I called or emailed to fix the problem. Everyone that I have interacted with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. I would highly recommend Dirigo to anyone!
