A BIG branch fell on my garage after Isiasas came ...

A BIG branch fell on my garage after Isiasas came through. After speaking to my insurance company I was referred to Gilpin Roofing. Took over a week to get an appointment which was understandable due to everyone probably having damage from the storm. However the day of my appointment I received numerous calls to confirm and clarify my appointment as well as to tell me there was a $75 roof inspection fee. This was not told to me from the beginning as I did ask if there was a fee to come out and inspect for damages.

UPDATE: Owner Steve called to apologize he did not know the background of the situation and will come out to inspect for free. Very appreciative. Up'd my stars to 2. Will update again after appointment.

UPDATE: Owner, Steve came to the house to complete the inspection in a timely manner. He was very respectful and professional. He stated he would get the estimate to me this afternoon.

UPDATE: Steve was prompt and affordable. In the future if I needed them again I would call but would be sure to get ALL information upfront.
