I thought I would share my unbiased review even though I have not finished my experience with this company.
I am a Veteran and was referred here through the VA Choice Program. I've been exhausted to say the least for a long time now.
I had a good experience for my first visit going over my history. The provider and myself both received a letter with what was going to be covered that was different from what was actually approved. I showed them what was approved and they worked with me to give me the best possible care.
A week before my sleep study I received a voicemail my appointment was cancelled because the veterans choice program didn't update what was approved.
I won't lie I was upset when I received this voicemail and so exhausted I almost gave up.
I'm glad I didn't because Veterans Choice screwed up! I called my local VA to look into issue and called back sleep insights who said they didn't actually cancel my sleep study. I let them know I was working on issue and they said they were too. I managed to get it all sorted out before my study and didn't have to wait longer which was a huge relief!
When I arrived for my study the technician was amazing! She answered all my questions in a friendly and professional way. She seemed very knowledgeable and competent to me. I have experience in customer service and can say she definitely delivered!
While it's still early, I just wanted to thank sleep insights for caring about me and going the extra mile!
