Jessica at Brickhouse Bridal is a gem! Although we have never met and I did not buy my gown at Brickhouse, she has gone above and beyond to help me.

I bought my Watters gown in Dallas (where we are getting married) but I am doing all of my alterations in Houston and was needing extra lace motifs for my veil, etc. After not hearing back from the boutique in Dallas, I called Brickhouse. Jessica called the Watters factory and got me details on order time/cost/size/ etc. and got me answers within minutes. True definition of customer service! Thanks again for all of your help!
