Worst place ever...arrived 0540 for 0630 appt. Was...

Worst place ever...arrived 0540 for 0630 appt. Was in door 0550.. 3 pallets totaling 163 cases already broke down. Been watching trucks come and go for 4 hours. Went to recieving was told still don't have my Bill's or lumper amount yet. I asked what's the hold up and she said we'll call you when we're done. UNBELIEVABLE
