very well located... that is the only good point. for the rest, as it was already mention by others :

- pictures do not reflect the reality
- rooms are old dated (which would have not been a problem if I knew it before booking... but when you compare the pictures and the reality, you feel like you've been mislead
- all floors are dated, when only the reception and the lobby are renewed
- hard to get hot water
- AND the room was not cleaned during our stay (2 nights) !!!
