I had to retrieve some documents from Allstate HOA Management in order to process a client's condo unit purchase and David Bar was not only helpful, but quick and direct. Usually HOA management companies take their time and charge unbelievable fees just to fill out a questionnaire. I had better service and a professional person on the other end to answer my questions. I believe this is the ideal example of what an HOA management company should be!
