We moved to this property as my husband was an employee. The apartment flooded at least once a week. We asked for a transfer and i found out by walking into the office that the regional manager was thinking about not approving the transfer because the problem could be fixed. Did i mention that i made my request months ago? No one followed up. I had to go in to the office to find this out.
