I have the same experience as mentioned by other users. Signed up and paid for an online course that should have started this week, I got no information and am unable to contact them via ANY channel to demand info or a refund. It's unbelievable!!! Also given the fact that I previously had extremely good experiences with AF in other cities in France and abroad.
