I really dont want to give a one because the Customer Service is nonexistent. From the initial entrance. My daughter is in the back. I walk in looking to were to find her 2 people are standing there looking in my face not saying a word. Atleast say ill be right with you nothing. I stand and stand ..anxiety level at a 10 worried about my child. They continue what they are doing not in anytype of hurry. One of them, when done with vitals could have easily said ma'am give us a second. Still nothing finally shes done with what she's doing and casually says can i help you like a statue barely moving, looking like dead women walking. Finall get information i need and let me back. Very non professional. Then i get to the back to see my child. She's laying there with no pillow , no blanket, when i try to ask for one she holds up a finger and says she's being discharged give me a min. Qnd i havent seen one doctor next thing u know someone comes to get her for an xray....how do u discharge someone before you even finish exams
