This council is actually disgraceful! Loads of pass the buck to someone else till they eventually cut you off. They don t care about the residents of the area even though they are charging extortionate council tax for awful service! The staff are so rude, incompetent! Clueless and disrespectful! Action never gets taken. Loads of false promises and different stories! Its so shameful! I hope they have a complete overhaul!! Things really need to change! No wonder the area has turned into a mess!
