I could not have more wonderful things to say about this dealership or Mr. Eric Osborne, specifically. Mr. Osborne helped my father with a truck a month or so back and I had been been looking for at least 6 months actively to get into a new vehicle. The negative equity in my trade was making it difficult to get a new car with payments I could manage. My father put me in contact with Eric and from the minute he got my information he began working. Within the first day he texted me a personalized video showing me a vehicle that matched my needs and budget along with photos of that vehicle. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could have ever expected from a salesman. I live in North Carolina about a 4 hour drive from the dealership, so we did everything via text and phone calls. Eric answered every question I threw at him and provided me with the information I needed to make informed choices. He helped me narrow the choices down for TWO WEEKS before I made my decision and he worked the numbers so I was able to get into a new vehicle. The day we drove down he was also helping another client purchase a vehicle. He was helping TWO clients and I can honestly say I didn t feel neglected once. He is an extremely hard working person and the most helpful salesman I ve worked with. Will recommend him and the dealership to anyone who will listen!
