I had a very disappointing experience after a lot of research in places to cut curly hair. The receptionist said I didn't need the specialty curl cut they offer & a regular cut & style would be good. I was also recommended to book with an owner, made sense. Wrong, the cut I received was no better than the last time I visited a great clips 20 years ago & no more than a trim of the last layer. My stylist was double booked with no assistant & I had to sit beside the next client waiting, while the two of them talked. She did not offer to style my hair futher than asking if I wanted a braid which i said no & was walked directly to check out. While I wont say the hair cut it's self is bad, I can say I was much happier with the dry stringy year old hair cut I had going in than I have been since what I got finaly dried out...at home.
