I just recently went into Luisa Graff Jewelers and talked with Luisa about a few things I was thinking about doing with my jewelry in regards to doing some repairs and then putting a stone in one of my pendents. She was great and very easy to talk with. She was also extremely helpful and if she or someone else in their staff doesn't know an answer to my question they are very good about saying they don't know and found me the answer rather than misinforming me. I really appreciate that and I am happy to have found their store.
