If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had two previous experiences here that were good, but this las purchase of a 2015 Explorer has bern HORRIBLE. A "inspection " that took at least two days never happened, and a warranty that I bought didn't happen on time. To top it off, the temporary tags have expired, and I still do not have license plates.
