I have received a room with smocked air and dirty bathroom floor with stains. Then they gave me the second room with fresh air but with hairs on the shower floor. When I have complained they said they did not have any other room for me and sent a cleaning lady to my room. The cleaning lady just vacuum cleaned the floor in the shower, so it felt like I ve got a salad with a hair in a restaurant, complained and a waiter would just take this hair out and put the plate back in front of me...

Besides that sound isolation of rooms is quite bad because I could clearly listen to the phone calls of my neighbors. On top of it, the rooms are not well maintained. See the photos, decide yourself...
