This is dedicated mainly to the foreigners or tourists in the area; and I must tell you in advance that I am very conscientious in general; particularly about quality and service. The Hard Rock Cafe at the Jockey Plaza serves pretty good food considering the local standards; and their prices are fairly competitive. Service is O.K. too, and if you are new in the area...do not expect the servers to check up on you as they do overseas. Also, during the holidays or soccer championships, the place gets packed because there are several big screen TV sets and it gets loud and crowded. Overall, I would recommend this place. Enjoy
