For a kids place you think they would take into account buggies, lift to car park didn't work, I had toddler in buggy and baby in sling and entrance is about 15-20 steps followed by 3 more sets of steps before lift inside.
Toddler floor should have nappy changing and if not at least toilet for kids but instead u have to climb to the next floor and walk right across.

Can't deny that the kids had a great time but it doesn't make for a massively pleasant parent experience so won't be rushing back.
