We stayed for a week night in November to celebrate our anniversary. There were very few other couples staying there at the time so it felt very secluded and special. The room was perfect! It was very clean and there were many amenities that made it quit romantic. Our personal pool was very clean, had the right amount of chlorine and was temperature controlled to the perfect setting for comfort. The pillow-top mattress seemed new and provided an excellent night sleep. The service was mostly great. There were only two minor issues I had: first, I had ordered extras to be included with our stay package and I had to remind the staff to provide those. Second, we had scheduled a later check-out with the front desk which was apparently not communicated with the housekeeping staff as someone showed up a bit early looking to clean the room.
