After gambling we decided to eat at the restaurant...

After gambling we decided to eat at the restaurant. The sign at the front said wait to be seated. Of course nobody was there to greet us. So we went to the counter the employee there never turned her back to greet us. So we went to table. Server finally arrived. Asked us what we wanted to drink. We said water. In the mean time another guest arrived in the table next to us and was served there water while our server was nowhere to be seen. The other server eventually served us our water. She eventually took our order. The food was average but acceptable. No water refill.
