Tucson Electric Power came to turn our service off...

Tucson Electric Power came to turn our service off, but when they did they accused my husband of assault, threatened to mace my dog and took out the meter. My husband was on the phone with TEP when the service tech disconnected our office line. The tech was arrogant and irreverent. The whole atmosphere was tense and not handled properly at all by TEP. Not ten minutes later they had their truck disconnect the service from the pole. We immediately paid our bill and was told it would be turned on that same day. Well it was not and it was hot all night. Their reason for not turning it on was because they didn't have enough man power! Which is funny because they got that truck out to disconnect service from the pole in ten to fifteen minutes. Why was that necessary if there was no meter! The next morning they did show up and wanted to talk to me but since I hadn't slept all night I was not about to go out! There were five service employees there, so my son said.
So now we have to pay for the reconnect at the pole, a damaged meter box? and a deposit. We have been customers since 2007 in this house and customers at another address for over thirty years. This is the way they treat their customers? Because they are a monopoly and can do whatever the they want to.
