The meal itself was fantastic as we have come to expect. We were in for lunch so the menu wasn't as expansive as the dinner menu but have no doubt, the options are delicious. From the chicken biscuit starter to the pecan pie a la mode, nothing was anything less than scrumptious.

The service... No idea what was going on with our server but she was just so impatient through the whole meal. Rushed one at our table through a drink selection (he ended up ordering something randomly because she just stood there staring at him) and that treatment continued through the meal. 3 of the 4 at the table were service industry, so it was easy to put things together - we were the last seating for the shift and she was ready to be finished. We all get that but this isn't a FQ dive, this is a prime restaurant in New Orleans where the bar is set higher.

Back up staff was great and personable, I don't believe a water glass in the room ever went below a quarter before being refilled. Nothing they did wrong in the least. Very attentive. We still tipped well, over 25% because we wanted to be sure that the tipouts hit the right people behind the scenes correctly for a job well done.
