Been a Buerkle customer for 11 years and have always received honest, helpful service. I like the inspection sheets that clearly lay out what is concerning, how concerning it is and what the cost is to repair. I appreciate the rewards program and coupons/rebates on major service. I love the new remodel of the facility but mostly it's the staff, from the shuttle drivers to the advisors that really make this place shine. Here and there there have been hiccups, but always resolved fairly and in the end they take great care of my old van, still running strong at 206,000 miles! Shout out to Bri from my most recent visit, who was very knowledgable about taking care of an older vehicle and also sent me the inspection sheet for review via email while we talked about what service was needed.
