I visited with my daughter 2/1/2020. The tour should be free. You spend 5 minutes watching a video and about 15 minutes in one room with viewing windows where the only process you can actually see is ice cream pints being capped; as another reviewer stated, just google pics of stainless steel piping and get your ice cream at the grocery store. The $4 tour fee isn't exactly justified by the 1oz of ice cream you get to sample afterward. We also bought cones ($14+ dollars for 2 small); one of my flavors had a gritty texture (the ice cream, not the flavorings). I love Ben and Jerry's ice cream but seven layer bar is GROSS. The only thing that wasn't disappointing was my daughter's company.
