Customer service is superb. The place is very nice, you feel like very close to nature because of the trees and plants that sourrounds the place. Our room which is the Deluxe Garden is very spacious. The food is very delicious, absolutely love it. The beach and the pool is also very nice, the kids really love it. The kid s playground is also very spacious, the kids can really run around. Sanitation - As what I have observed, they ve put priority on this and change their protocol which gives you assurance that everything is clean and sanitized. Definitely will book another staycation with the Family.
