Review of Low Wood Hotel

Having been a few times, we knew what to expect.
The hotel is lovely, and clean, the rooms are very nice, the restaurant looks lovely, the lounges are appropriate for the hotel theme, and the Spa has everything that we could need - the jacuzzi outside is brilliant. More importantly, the staff are very professional and friendly, and seem to really want to help with any problem that may arise. On this visit we had a couple of problems, which were very quickly sorted out by Martha (Reception) with a smile. We were really impressed with her attitude, which is not always the case elsewhere, and our enjoyment was heightened because of her help.
