This morning I called SCRAPS to pick up an aggressive cat that I had found. They were timely, informative, and very patient and kind to the animal. I appreciated how the took the time to explain the various SCRAPS programs for cats. On top of all that, at all parts of the process, the staff was warm and cheerful. Very happy to have such a helpful resource in my community.
