No returns accepted - I would double check when buying.
I was disappointed with the way I was treated on the phone, and was adviced that I could resell it on ebay.
Also staff was friendly when I bought a double mattress but not when I rang them with a problem.
The mattress was terribly bouncy and there was nothing orthopaedic about it, cost me so much money as well as the worst backaches.
They were not able to help me with the delivery due to being too busy, I had to arrange and pay for my own.
